Terms

The terms on which Opaque is provided.

By using the Opaque website, app or servers you agree to these terms.

The service

Opaque provides an interface and infrastructure for a program on Solana. The program runs on a public chain and can be used without this website. Opaque's servers relay transactions and serve public chain data; they may be unavailable or decline a request at any time, and you may always transact with the program directly.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your wallet, your signatures and your keys. An account derived from your wallet signature cannot be recovered by anyone else. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including securities and tax law, and for the terms of the issuer of any stock token you hold.

Stock tokens

Stock tokens are issued by their issuer under the issuer's terms, which may include eligibility requirements and the issuer's power to pause a token or burn from an address. Opaque is not the issuer and makes no representation about any token or its underlying security.

No advice

Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice.

Risk

Smart contracts, cryptographic proving systems and blockchains can fail. The trust model describes the assumptions Opaque rests on. You use the service at your own risk, and Opaque is provided without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

These terms may change. The current version is always at this address.
